Sydney Fox is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a deep passion for helping individuals navigate their mental health and emotional well-being. With a strong foundation in client-centered and mindfulness therapy, Sydney is committed to fostering a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their feelings, thoughts, and behaviors without judgment.
Sydney specializes in working with women and men who struggle with depression, anxiety, personal growth, self-love, self-worth, life transitions, and traits of Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD). She also has a keen interest in working with children, helping them develop emotional resilience and coping skills. Her approach is informed by a range of therapeutic modalities, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.
In addition to her work as a therapist, Sydney is a certified yoga teacher, personal trainer, and nutrition coach. She believes in a holistic approach to mental health, integrating mind, body, and spirit into her practice. Her background in yoga and mindfulness informs her therapeutic work, enabling her to guide clients toward greater self-awareness and inner peace.
